The very first Joined By Music lesson in YMCA
On the 15th of February, the kids attended the HKPhil Concert in TST. They enjoyed listening to Rachmaninov’s 2nd concerto and fully immersing themselves in the musical experience. Safe to say, they have definitely been inspired!
We visited the homes of two of our brightest and most motivated students, Angus and Lola. It was extremely touching to see all the hard work Angus and Lola do at home, alongside in the lesson. It was a very eye-opening experience to see the environment in which they both live in and to see the impact music, and Joined By Music had on them and their home-life.

In June 2025, our Class A students performed in the annual OneSky Gala. They performed ‘A Million Dreams’ from the movie ‘The Greatest Showman’. Alongside teachers Max Chan and Ken Chan, as well as an incredible accompaniment from guest pianist Aditya Girish.
Later on in the year, on the 16th of August 2025, one of our music directors Maegan Lee led our Class A to perform “A Million Dreams” as well as two solos, one from Angus and one from Lola. This concert was aimed to fundraise for the charity CancerFund “so no one faces cancer alone”.
