Initiated and founded Joined by Music
A passionate violinist at the diploma level and a proud music award holder, Vivienne Pomfret embodies the spirit of youth inspiring youth. In the summer of 2024, at the age of 14, after discovering that many underprivileged children were deprived of the opportunity to learn music and experience its transformative power, Vivienne initiated Joined by Music, driven by her desire to make a difference through the universal language that connects us all. Vivienne was joined by Leanne Cheng.
Vivienne began recruiting her friends, inspiring many to join her mission to teach music to those who might not otherwise have the chance. By bringing together young musicians and eager learners, she created a community where everyone is joined by music. Through her leadership and dedication, Vivienne is not only sharing the gift of music but also fostering hope, resilience, and a lifelong love for the arts in the hearts of children.
Jerry is a passionate musician with a Grade 8 certification in violin performance. Believing that music has the power to transform lives, jerry is committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can explore their musical talents. With a deep commitment to making music accessible to all, Jerry believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and express themselves through the arts.
