We’re a passionate team of students with extensive musical backgrounds, on a mission to empower our community through the transformative power of music. Believing wholeheartedly that *youth can inspire youth to give back*, we’ve launched an initiative to bring comprehensive music education to children from low-income families. By sharing our love for music, we’re opening doors to opportunities that might have once seemed out of reach.

At Joined by Music, we believe in the transformative power of music to uplift and inspire. Our mission is rooted in addressing the challenges faced by children from low-income families in Hong Kong, where poverty remains a significant issue.

Hong Kong, despite its status as a global financial hub, has a stark wealth gap. As of recent reports, over 1.36 million people—approximately 20% of the population—live in poverty.

Through our initiative, we aim to bridge this gap by providing access to comprehensive music education. By empowering youth to inspire and support one another, we strive to create opportunities that can help break the cycle of poverty and open doors to brighter futures.

Our program thrives on the belief that when young people lift each other up, incredible things happen. We’re not just teaching music; we’re cultivating a supportive community where youth empowerment is at the forefront. As our students learn and grow, they become inspirations within their own circles, perpetuating a positive cycle of giving back.
